The secret of his kitchen? Respect for the raw materials, their experience and their professional training at the Arnadi Hoffman School of Hospitality in Barcelona, and working alongside renowned chefs such as Ferrán Adrià (El Bulli), Santi Santamaría (El Racó de Can Fabes), Jean Luch Figueras (Jean Luch) and Oliver Roellinger (Les Maisons de Bricourt).
